1 Definitions

The following terms, when capitalised in this document, carry the meanings set out below unless context clearly requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the rp369 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions simultaneously:

• You are at least 21 years of age. rp369 enforces a strict 21+ policy across all product categories — sportsbook, live casino, online poker, slot games, and any future products added to the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual acting in your personal capacity, and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any commercial entity.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located within, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable local, national, or regional law at the time of your use of the Platform.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee of rp369, its affiliates, its software providers (including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Habanero, or Pocket Games Soft), or any organisation directly or indirectly involved in the management or operation of the Platform.
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by rp369 for any policy violation, and you are not operating under the terms of a self-exclusion agreement with the Platform.
• You are acting with your own funds, on your own behalf, for entertainment and recreational purposes, and you have not been diagnosed with a gambling disorder or addiction at the time of registration.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all eligibility conditions listed above are satisfied and that the information you provide during registration is truthful, accurate, and complete. rp369 bears no liability for losses arising from misrepresentation of eligibility.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold one (1) Account only on the rp369 Platform. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you must provide accurate and current information including, but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document;
• A valid date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older;
• A valid, personally owned email address;
• A valid Indonesian mobile phone number;
• Your Indonesian bank account details or e-wallet identifier for the payment channel you intend to use.

rp369 may, at its sole discretion and at any point in the membership lifecycle, initiate an enhanced KYC review requiring you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A copy of your National Identity Card (KTP) or passport;
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government letter confirming your residential address (dated within 90 days);
• A bank statement or screenshot of your e-wallet transaction history to confirm the source of deposited funds;
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document, taken on demand.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your Account details remain up to date. rp369 is not liable for failed withdrawals or missed communications resulting from outdated or inaccurate account information.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits. rp369 accepts deposits via the following channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):

• Indonesian bank transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, and Bank Danamon;
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Deposits are credited to the Member's Wallet Balance as soon as payment confirmation is received by the Platform's payment processor. Under standard conditions and during normal banking hours, deposits via major Indonesian banks and e-wallets are reflected within 60 seconds. rp369 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking infrastructure, scheduled maintenance windows, or Indonesian public holiday banking restrictions.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment channel and are displayed on the deposit page within your Account at the time of transaction. These limits are subject to change without prior notice at rp369's sole discretion.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• The Member's KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed;
• Any active bonus rollover requirement attached to the Account must be fully satisfied before the associated balance is eligible for withdrawal;
• Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — including Indonesian public holidays such as Idul Fitri (Lebaran), Idul Adha, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Ramadhan;
• Withdrawal processing times: e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay) typically within 15–30 minutes; bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri and others) typically within 1–3 hours during standard banking windows, and up to 24 hours outside banking hours;
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request and vary by channel.

4.3 Declined or Reversed Transactions. If a deposit is credited to your Account but subsequently reversed or charged back by your bank or payment provider, rp369 reserves the right to reverse any winnings generated from the use of those funds, deduct the reversed amount from your Wallet Balance, and suspend your Account pending investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

rp369 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins on selected slot titles, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Chinese New Year (Imlek), and Indonesian Independence Day. All bonuses are governed by the following general terms, supplemented by the specific conditions published with each individual promotion:

• Rollover Requirement: Every bonus carries a rollover (turnover) multiplier. Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, the rollover requirement must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Failure to complete the rollover within the allotted time results in automatic forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance and any winnings generated from it.
• Game Contribution: Not all game types contribute equally toward rollover completion. Sportsbook bets typically contribute 100% (subject to minimum odds requirements). Live casino table games may contribute 10%–50%. Slot games from participating studios typically contribute 100%. Specific contribution rates are published on the Promotions page.
• Minimum Odds (Sportsbook): For a sportsbook bet to count toward bonus rollover, it must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 (decimal format) or greater, unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets must have a combined minimum odds of 1.50 per leg.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may hold only one active bonus at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while a rollover is in progress will result in the forfeiture of the prior bonus balance.
• Bonus Abuse: rp369 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting, arbitrage wagering, low-risk hedging strategies using bonus funds, multi-account coordination, and collusion. Accounts found engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended immediately, all associated bonuses and winnings will be voided, and the real-money balance may be restricted pending investigation.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sportsbook. rp369's sportsbook covers domestic Indonesian football (BRI Liga 1, covering all 18 Liga 1 clubs including Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, and Bali United), international football (EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, Piala AFF), Timnas Indonesia international fixtures, and other sporting disciplines. The following rules apply to all sportsbook wagers:

• Bets are accepted up to the market's closing time as displayed in the betting interface. rp369 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or re-grade outcomes if official match results are revised by the governing body (e.g., FIFA, AFC, PSSI).
• Voor bola (Asian handicap / goal handicap spread) bets follow standard Asian handicap settlement rules. In the event of a void result, the stake is returned in full.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets are settled based on the combined result of all selected legs. If one leg is voided, the accumulator is recalculated without that leg.
• Live (in-play) betting markets operate on a best-efforts basis. rp369 is not responsible for technical delays in live odds feeds. Bets accepted during a score-change interval may be voided at rp369's discretion.

6.2 Slots & Casino Games. All slot and casino game outcomes on the rp369 platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software operated by licensed third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, Habanero, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published by the respective game studios and are available in each game's information panel. rp369 does not modify RTP values from those certified by the studios.

6.3 Live Casino. Live dealer game rules (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Sicbo) are governed by the rules published by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live respectively, and are displayed within each live game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live hand or spin, the round will be settled based on the game server's recorded outcome, not the client display.

6.4 Online Poker. Poker games follow standard Texas Hold'em and Omaha hand ranking rules. Tournament structures, blind levels, and payout schedules are published in the poker lobby prior to registration. rp369 reserves the right to cancel a tournament and issue partial refunds if the minimum registered player threshold is not reached before the scheduled start time.

6.5 Maximum Payout. rp369 applies a maximum single-event payout cap. The current cap is displayed on the relevant sportsbook market and in the casino game information panel. Winnings exceeding the cap are reduced to the stated maximum; the remaining stake is returned proportionally. Caps are subject to change without notice.

7 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your rp369 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time authentication codes. rp369 strongly recommends the following security practices for all Members:

• Use a strong, unique password of at least 12 characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your Account Security settings;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members or friends;
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Never access rp369 via unsecured public Wi-Fi networks without a VPN;
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to your Account to rp369 customer support immediately via live chat.

rp369 employs TLS 1.3 encryption on all data transmitted between the Member's device and our servers. All passwords are stored using bcrypt hashing with per-user salts. Despite these measures, rp369 cannot guarantee absolute security against all possible cyber threats. In the event of a data breach affecting Member information, rp369 will notify affected Members and take all reasonable remedial steps promptly.

If rp369 detects unusual activity on your Account — including logins from unrecognised IP addresses, multiple failed authentication attempts, or unusual wagering patterns — we reserve the right to temporarily freeze the Account and request identity re-verification before restoring full access. This measure exists exclusively to protect your funds and personal information.

8 Responsible Gaming

rp369 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. Gambling on rp369 is intended for entertainment purposes only. We strongly discourage gambling as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Members directly from the Account Settings panel, without the need to contact customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in Rupiah. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications after a set duration of continuous play;
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary suspension (7 days to 6 months) or permanent closure of your Account. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, wager, or receive promotional communications from rp369;
• Reality Check: Enable periodic pop-up notifications showing your net session profit/loss and time elapsed.

rp369 strictly prohibits the use of the Platform by minors. Any individual under the age of 21 found to have registered an Account through misrepresentation of age will have their Account suspended immediately, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned subject to AML screening.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the rp369 Platform — including but not limited to the rp369 brand name, logo, website design, colour scheme, typography, software code, database structures, game interfaces, promotional artwork, written content, and any other material — is the exclusive intellectual property of rp369 or its licensed content providers (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, and others).

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or republishing any rp369 content in any medium;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any rp369 software;
• Creating derivative works based on rp369 content;
• Using automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access the Platform or extract data;
• Using the rp369 brand, logo, or trademark in any commercial context without explicit written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of rp369 intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may result in legal action, account termination, and reporting to the relevant authorities.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rp369, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and technology providers expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

rp369's total aggregate liability to any Member arising from or related to these Terms, the Platform, or any service provided under these Terms shall not exceed the total net funds held in that Member's Wallet Balance at the time the claim arises.

In no event shall rp369 be liable for any of the following, regardless of the theory of liability and regardless of whether rp369 has been advised of the possibility of such damages:

• Loss of profits, revenue, winnings, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of stored information;
• Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages;
• Service interruptions, downtime, or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, or Force Majeure events;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, Indonesian banking infrastructure, or e-wallet operators;
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information displayed on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate due to data feed errors from third-party providers.

11 Suspension & Termination

rp369 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, match-fixing, collusion, arbitrage betting, or use of prohibited automated betting software;
• Failure to satisfy the 21+ age requirement or any other eligibility criterion;
• Any activity that rp369 reasonably believes constitutes money laundering, financing of unlawful activities, or fraud;
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the Member or their payment provider;
• Sustained abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward rp369 staff or other Members;
• Regulatory or legal requirements that make continued operation of the Account impermissible.

Upon Account closure initiated by rp369 for cause, any real-money Wallet Balance remaining after deduction of voided bonuses, bonus-derived winnings, and any outstanding losses determined upon review will be returned to the Member via the original deposit channel within 14 business days, unless the closure relates to an active fraud or AML investigation, in which case funds may be held pending the outcome of that investigation.

Voluntary Closure. Members wishing to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting the rp369 support team via live chat. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any remaining Wallet Balance will be returned via the registered withdrawal channel after KYC confirmation.

12 Governing Law

rp369 operates as an international online betting platform. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rp369 holds its international operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through the rp369 customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules, conducted in the English language.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration.

13 Amendments to These Terms

rp369 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, rp369 will:

• Update the "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page;
• Display a notice on the rp369 homepage and/or send an email notification to all active Members at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect (except where changes are required by law or regulation, in which case they may take effect immediately).

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and request Account closure via the support team.

rp369 recommends that Members review this page periodically to remain informed of the current terms governing their membership. The date at the top of this document always reflects the version currently in force.
